Lydia’s Organics joins us from SF to headline a tasty culinary area, joined by Rose Temple Cuisine of Venice, Southern Fried Vegan BBQ, Live Circus Sustenance – who mixes fantastic food with enticing entertainment, the Good Cookies, plus Strictly Vegan, and the boardwalk’s famous Fig Tree Cafe, Santa Monica’s Bird Pick Tea, and many others.
Chefs performing on-stage include master raw chef Bryan Au – author of RAW STAR Recipe book; author of ‘Gorgeously Green’ Sophie Uliano; Vegan Mario’s Mario Librandi; and Gen Anderson – star of TV’s ‘Gen’s Guiltless Gourmet.’
